It was good did not stay in the room much but like the area and staff are friendly.maybe you can provide some paper plates and platwear and cups.that would be really pleasant.overall we enjoyed the hotel.

Disappointed I’m giving a low rating due tot he fact what when we got to the front desk we weren’t acknowledged right away. There were two people helping one gentleman in front of us. Great customer service starts with recognizing people that walk in and saying hello, we will be with you in a moment. Also, very disappointed that we couldn’t pay the majority of the costs with cash and then pay the rest with a credit card. It’s done all the time but they wouldn’t do it for us. I'd Stay Here Again The location was perfect- close to stores for forfotten items. I like you can prepare your own food on the stove & microwave (just bring your own plates, utensils & pans). No iron in the room tho' & couldn't get hairdryer to work. Overall, I would definitely stay there again, I'll just bring the missing items ;)

Outdated & Dirty Stayed here for one night, unexpectedly. First room we were given upon check in had not been cleaned or prepped and had the hotel cleaning cart stashed inside. We were given a new room; which had been “cleaned” but was not clean. The hotel rooms are worn, outdated and dirty. We were only provided one towel set (despite booking a two-bed room). The carpet looks disgusting and we were afraid to walk on it. We did get good, friendly service from the front desk staff though! This hotel is not on my return list.
