The employee's were very kind and friendly but the hotel is very depress looking. My neck hurt the next morning due to pillow discomfort.

Hard beds Everything was great just beds were hard.

It was comfy Stay overall was good, but the pillows were flat.

Extended Stay America Temecula The rooms I requested were not available at check in. However, the staff was able to provide me with access to the 3 rooms needed in my party. I had originally requested access to a King Size beds and I was provided the first available which was not the King I paid for or requested. The room was clean but it was noisy and medium standard. The TV in my room did not work. I don't want to be critical but this is not the standard to which I am accustomed to and I was disappointed. You advertised br... read more

Very content I enyjoyed my stay here. Nothing too fancy. Did the job. It’s very quiet which I loved. Staff was really friendly. I would most likely stay here again. It’s a good price for what it has to offer.

Go to best western I wasn’t thrilled with how small the room was, listed as a studio room I figured something much bigger, the mattress was a joke . And bed frame was your standard metal frame and if you sat at the end the bed it flipped up .! Walking into the lobby it smelt of cigarettes and dog. Not pleasant . I wont be staying here again .! Best western has them beat .
