Disappointing I wasn't expecting luxury but the lack of mattress and towel quality was too much. If you sat on the end of the bed it tipped you off the bed and it was hard and uncomfortable. The towels were too thin to be able to dry yourself off and the bath tub drain was so slow it meant standing in 6 inches of water to take a quick shower. The soap was small so again was not sufficient for showers and although they supplied a dishcloth and towel for dishes there was no dish detergent so really no way to wash dishes.

filthy bathrooms. unkempt smoke filled halls Outdated room. Bathroom had so much of the previous guests hair, they should've contributed to my rate. There is no one on duty after midnight so you can't lodge a complaint until morning.

Poor management Upon checking in, they had a mix up and had to give us two rooms (no big deal) but they changed our reservation than to one night versus two. The front desk girl failed to tell us when she called in the a.m. that our keys would be deactivated and we had to walk back up to the front desk after returning late that night. They also could not give us additional coffee for our rooms (because they were so booked for a softball tournament) and could not give extra pillows. DONT STAY AT EXTENDED STAY!!! NOT WORTH IT!!! WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER. HOTEL IS OUTDATED AND EVERYTHING FELT DIRTY. I PICKED THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION, BUT IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. NEVER STAYING AT THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN!!!

extended stay Toledo, Ohio This hotel is dark and depressing and it smells bad, like smoke to be specific. My bed not only was it outfitted in old outdated bed spreads and linens, but the mattress looked as though it had been around longer than it should have been. There were bugs in my bed and I couldnt wait to check out. Stay at your own riskt the reviews are truthful. If you are a person that appreciates a clean, well kept hotel this place is not for you, trust me.

hotel in toledo oh my heater didnt work and i ask someone to fix and no one got back with me and i had my 1yr old nephew with me and he got sick

Awful When we first got there everything was decent. The walls are very thin you can hear everything we could hear the the room next to us shower and everything. Then we had to change rooms because the tub was extremely clogged we actually left for the whole day and came back and the tub still had water clogged in it. The beds are uncomfortable!!
