Below average Air conditioning unit was extremely loud. Could be heard in the hallway even with room door closed. When I complained all I was told is that they would put in a maintenance ticket. Would not provide another room. Exterior door at end of hallway would not lock. I again complained in the morning after a very unrestful night's sleep and was told "sorry". Stove and fridge in kitchenette would be helpful to those needing it. I however did not.

Gross and smelly I left the Hawthorn Suites next door because that hotel was completely gross. Checked into Extended Stay and the room/hotel was also gross. I stayed only because it was 12 am in the morning and i had already driven a bunch of miles. I didnt even sleep in the bed, I slept in the chair and didnt take a shower nor use the toilet as it had "residue" on it from the last tenant. I couldnt get out of that hotel fast enough. Wont be staying again!

Very poor accommodation, won't go there again. I stayed there four nights. When I checked in, the front desk guy mumbled something about daily housekeeping, and I did not pay any attention. It turned out that if you stay for more than one night, there is no housekeeping until you leave. Want housekeeping, you pay for it. To get new towels, you have to exchange them with the front desk. hotel The confortness of the room and size is okay, theres a kitchen,sink, fridge which is nice. The room is not very clean though and bathroom you can tell that its a quick picking up and not sanitized. I am upset with the breakfast here because all they have is a an oatmeal, coffee, some indivisually wrap muffin and fruit that looks so old. At the end I end up paying $108 with that price I could have stayed somewhere nicer with a nice hot breakfast.
Disappointing Just right off I-475. Late night check in was quick. Hotel smelt like smoke. Breakfast was minimal.

the place was filthy inside and out the halls and elevator smelled like an ashtray outside the front door garbage and ashtray was over flowing in the morning and evening
I wouldn't suggest this place. This place has a problem with crickets in the rooms. Staff says they have sprayed but the problem continues.

Bugs Room looked at first... then I saw the small cricket hanging on the wall. Each time I went into the bathroom there was another. This morning I found one sitting on the kitchen counter. I reported to the front desk and took them a sample dead bug and asked that the room be sprayed.. I didn't bring the critters and don't want to share my room with them. I'll check the room later and see if the staff has done anything.

Not so good 1. Unusually long check-in process 2. Found a fly, beetel, cricket and a dead wasp in the room 3. Linen and bed sheets were soiled 4. Carpets were extremely dirty and soiled 5. Breakfast is just coffee and muffins - thats not breakfast at all 6. Coffee is not replenished timely 7. Front desk staff are not friendly and are not fit to serve in the hospitality sector
