extended stay Toledo, Ohio This hotel is dark and depressing and it smells bad, like smoke to be specific. My bed not only was it outfitted in old outdated bed spreads and linens, but the mattress looked as though it had been around longer than it should have been. There were bugs in my bed and I couldnt wait to check out. Stay at your own riskt the reviews are truthful. If you are a person that appreciates a clean, well kept hotel this place is not for you, trust me.

hotel in toledo oh my heater didnt work and i ask someone to fix and no one got back with me and i had my 1yr old nephew with me and he got sick

Awful When we first got there everything was decent. The walls are very thin you can hear everything we could hear the the room next to us shower and everything. Then we had to change rooms because the tub was extremely clogged we actually left for the whole day and came back and the tub still had water clogged in it. The beds are uncomfortable!!

Extended Stay America Toledo/Holland - Never Again 1. The hotel smells. And not just from smokers. There is a bad astringent smell from the moment you enter. We requested a Non-smoking room but were put on the smoking floor. 2. There is no housekeeping service. This stunned me. I've traveled extensively on business for 30 years and never stayed in a hotel where there is no housekeeping. If you stay more than 7 days, you get one clean-up. Extended Stay America Toledo-Holland Although my husband offered his credit card to the desk person to pay the $5 internet charge in advance at check in, the desk person did not take the card. -Two days later we were locked out of our room for nonpayment of this same $5 fee (on a $350 room total). -We think they could be more thoughtful & communicative with their customers. -We have reason to spend alot of time in the area in the future, but we will never go back and will pass the word to the numerous family we have in the a... read more

You get what you pay for This hotel, at one time was a "nice" place to stay. However, when we got in our room, we had to kill a spider, deal with a clogged up bathtub that became dirty because of all of the backed up shower/bath water. When asked to unclog the drain and clean the tub, management failed to make sure it was done and therefore we had two nights with a clogged and dirty bathtub. Fantastic.

Stay Away! If you're not a smoker and don't enjoy smelling your chain smoking neighbors cigarettes all night do not stay at this hotel. Smoking rooms are on all three floors intermixed with non smoking...ie all rooms ared smoking rooms. The staff must have more important things to do then addressing costomer problems and the words "I'm sorry for the problem, how can I help" are definately not in their vocabulary.
