Clean, but Missing Some Basics. The hotel clerk was extremely friendly and really tried to be helpful. The room/shower/kitchen were clean, but an "extended-stay" facility is supposed to provide plates, silverware, cups, glasses, dish soap, dish rags, wash cloths, etc. The clerk said he had "some" of that stuff, but much of it was still in rooms, they are short staffed, and some of it was stolen and it is the end of their budget year. Toledo Convention This stay was not as good as I expected, the lobby entrance was dark and not inviting. However, the hallways were well lit. My room did not feel clean when I entered, but was not dirty, just well used. Overall, the stay was average, I would have preferred a more up to date modern hotel. The continental breakfast was poor at best, just package muffins and coffee and breakfast bars. I would not necessarily stay here again.
