Was dirty. No towels. When I called front desk the lady told me to come get them myself.

I have now encountered this lady twice and both times she was extremely rude & disrespectful. I have stayed in many hotels and she hasvto be in the top 2 worst staff iive ever had to deal with. If she doesnt like people she shouldnt be working with the public. I will never stay in the establishment again as long as she is on staff that day!

Dirty carpets, breakfast is complementary ( coffee and muffins only). Hotel need renovation. We got got what we paid. Rated is too high

Irdered room with 2 beds got a snelly room with one bed, very sweet desk clerk got us another larger room with 2 bed. Bathroom was fithy, no toilet paper, (cleaned bathroom myself, had to go to desk for TP.) Staff at desk and manager were understanding, very polite and accommodating to a point. Hotel smelled and halls were unswept.

Check-in was easy and quick. Staff friendly. Built in kitchen was convenient with a fridge and stove which was definite a plus. But the floors were not clean at all. My white socks were black on the bottom. I was afraid to go without them for fear my feet would be black too. I went thru at least 6 pairs of socks for the 2 day stay. Not enough supplies for occupancy We booked 4 rooms that were said to sleep 4 people with a queen size bed and a pullout couch. There was no bedding for the pullouts. I called to ask if there were blankets and was told that they only have sheets. I went to the front desk and was not offered an apology or other solutions. When I questioned further, I was told they had quilts but didn’t have enough for all the rooms and they turned out to be sheets as well. I asked for pillows and they said they didn’t have any.
