Terrible noise all night awful noise-trucks, people on phones etc--this place is a day-to-day residence for some people. Coming and going all night. Awful place.

The tv and microwave stopped working. I went to the front desk and told the clerk who just shrugged her shoulders when informed of the microwave. Then she told me their cable service sucked and told me to call a toll free number which was in the room, they might be able to help with the tv. Also no hairdryer in room, had to ask for one. Had to wait for cooking supplies as they were being washed at the time. Carpet and rooms dingy. Not much offered at breakfast and coffee was lukewarm.

No ice machine, no vending, kitchen without cups or dishes of any kind. No coffee machine. The only amenities in the bath was 1bar of soap.

Horrible bed The bed was horrible. My boyfriend and I got very little sleep
