Like a bad apartment rental - dull. No shampoo or conditioner - I brought my own, no ice maker, no coffee or tea bags in the room, not even a continental breakfast - just coffee and a granola bar beside the tiny front desk. for $10 more, I should have stayed at the Doubletree.

Air condition didnt work right in both of my rooms...other than that staff was as helpful as they could be

I didn't like that I made reservations through you for two beds but when it got to them it said only one bed. They were excellent in taking care of the problem . Staff were excellent!

I choose this property because if was a non-smoking facility. However, when I went to check in to my room and the next morning when I went to the office there was a man standing just outside my door and the office door - smoking. It was disgusting. I like that there was a laundry room available. I like the kitchenette, but you had to borrow dishes from the office.
