Angry They never fixed the toilet. Robert wouldn't flush and complaint was made, and after 2 days was never fixed. Had to use restroom else where. Was told they would fix, was told i would hear from the manager, nothing, no phone call no visit nothing.

Flush Stayed for 2 nights, advised them the toilet would not flush. No one ever showed up. Disappointed in the service.

Front desk help didn't seem to know what to do since I paid on line. One lady was in training, so that makes sense. However, the manager on duty, seemed to be rude to her newly hired help which is not ok. Also, if a room is identified as a "non-smoking"room, perhaps the bedding should not have cigarette burns.

Our housekeeping staff takes pride in what they do daily and we also have processes in place to double check each room prior to occupancy by the next guest.
