Loved that there was a kitchen and coffee, and other items were available. Also liked the proximity to CVS and Ihop, and a couple of blocks to whole foods. Hayed that dog policy was $20 per dog per night and that the carpet was filrhy.

Great price. It was fine. The decor was a little dated but it was clean. TV channel choices were pretty limited and that has to do with whether they have cable or satellite.

Too noisy. People making too much noise late at night and then again early morning.

The customer service was great The room was exactly what was stated there was no issues with that The property was well maintained the free breakfast is really just coffee and some packaged muffins and some hot water for oatmeal

It was very convenient to my needs, and folks were helpful and nice. But it was not like a regular motel in terms of services (e.g. it had weekly cleaning, but that was understandable because, as I found out, the facilities were more focused on 'short term apartment' use).

The room was clean and comfortable. It seemed like the hotel was understaffed and all the employees were working at several different jobs keeping things moving.

I liked that it was quick and that the staff was friendly. However, I didn't like that I was informed the rooms where only cleaned once a week so that if I wanted to have clean towels or sheets I'd have to come ask for them.
