The service was exceptional except for a lady named Deepa. She clearly had no idea what she was doing and seemed confused at every thing I said.

Room was clean, bed was hard and so were the pillows. Tv was fuzzy and breakfast bar offerings were very limited. Not unhappy with the hotel but not an amazing experience.

The room was small, but clean. Everything was a bit dated and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice and quick. For the price, we couldn't beat it. And it was close to our event.
