Great Stay went To Baylor OU game It was less than 3 miles from stadium and lots of eating places

a return customer yes this hotel is not the Hilton, but for the price this hotel can not be beat if your staying in the Waco area. i first made reservation a year ago with this hotel because it was the cheapest in the area. but after my stay i've definitely been a return customer ever since, the staff is very nice and kind they make you feel at home. and for the price the rooms are hard to beat(spacious, queen bed, fair sized bathroom) plus they come with a mini kitchen(which many more expensive hotels dont come with). my on... read more

Good value for the money yet needs to be updated. The personnel at the hotel were very friendly and efficient. The room was probably very nice when the hotel first opened. It is apparent that the rooms haven't been updated since. The carpet was quite worn in the room and heavily soiled in the hallways. The tv was quite small. The refrigerator was very clean as was the rest of the room. Waco's Best Place to Stay Very comfortable room. We found it relaxing, quiet and cheerful. Felt very much at home there!

Family break The staff was really nice. The room was very clean. The price was unbeatable for the area.

Overall good place Really the only complaint I have is that the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Probably is as old as the hotel. Other than that, staff was nice, room was clean and all at a very reasonable price.
