Bears vs Aggies After checking in, given a key to my room - when I unlocked my door, someone was standing in the room (desk checked me into an occupied room). Received different room, and within five minutes while unpacking in room, someone was at my door unlocking it because desk had checked someone else into the room I had just been given. Finally, after all this was settled, had a decent stay.

Extended Stay America- Waco, Tx Super Stay! Location was great, hotel and room was clean & very comfortable. Hotel a little older, but comfort & staff service makes the difference. The staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable. There is an extra charge for daily room re-vamp or full service, but no charge for you to change out your linens, or to get shampoo, toilet paper or kleenex etc. The room price was super economical, but your not paying for frills. Not What I Expected The hotel staff was very nice but this is a bare-bones hotel. Small televisions, hard beds, no toiletries, etc. A good price if you need a place to stay but no creature comforts. Staff was great and the room was fine, just not a 3-star hotel.

Wouldn't stay again Stayed for a few nights while at a horse show. Rooms are very basic with only soap, no housekeeping. Beds are hard, linens are not soft. Has a full kitchen, which was nice, but utensils were dirty and knife was broken. Carpet was dirty with stains. Bathroom had a smoky, chlorine smell. Not pleasant. I realize it is a 2 star, and it is. I paid more than I should of for this room. I will not return. I will try to find something better.

Extended Stay America Waco - Woodway Had a wonderful stay. Close to shopping and dining places.

Includes Near-By Gym I was excited to find out that I get free use of nearby gym that is very nice (much better than having one of those little work-out rooms in the hotel). They "refreshed" my room on the 4th night out of 5, would have been nicer to have it on the 3rd day, but no big deal. Pillows could be more "comfie". Room includes one recliner. Internet service was wireless and reliable. Kitchenette was small but extremely useful. TV was rather small, but had two Showtime channels.

Enjoyed I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. With the kitchen, I could go get a couple groceries and not have to worry about eating out all the time. Will definitely look for this hotel next time I take a trip.

Okay not great Aside from a very hard bed, the room was okay. The hotel overall seemed a little worn and run down. We arrived for a very late check-in and were helped quickly - but given a smoking room instead of non-smoking. The problem was resolved quickly (but we were very tired and didn't like having to deal with it). On the day of check-out, we left early in the morning.
