great rates and fair amenities for families visiting Providence hospital or people who need extended stays, this hotel provides everything you need at minimum. The parking seems to be always full and feels like they need bigger parking lots. Staffs are friendly. This is perfect for travelers at great price. bedding and everything seemed to be fairly maintained. On opposite side of highway, there is a mall to shop and eat!

Great place to stay This was our second stay in an ESA in Texas. Even though ESA is designed for longer term stays, we found their rates very competitive, in both instances. Not only were rooms clean, but grounds were too and staff was friendly and helpful.

Waco Great folks and very nice place. Coffee was not always available in room or in lobby, which is my only complaint.

This is a very nice hotel. It was nice to cook in our room so we didn't have to eat out all the time. The room was clean. The only thing that could have been better was that the TV could have been bigger, it was very small.

Increased Cost In 2010 pricing per room in this hotel was a good deal. However new management takes over Jan. 1, 2011. I have checked for on-line for room rates in Jan 2011 and rates are up. And I do mean they are up. Hopefully my absence will cause pricing to come back down to being a good deal once again.

Inexpensive option to national hotels Kitchen was a great feature. Bed was a little hard, but the rest of the stay was as expected.

Bears vs Aggies After checking in, given a key to my room - when I unlocked my door, someone was standing in the room (desk checked me into an occupied room). Received different room, and within five minutes while unpacking in room, someone was at my door unlocking it because desk had checked someone else into the room I had just been given. Finally, after all this was settled, had a decent stay.
