Made our reservations at Hotel.com several months in advance. Noticed incorrect date and called back to change to the 20th of January. We received a corrected confirmation. Luckily we did print it. When we arrived the desk clerk had no reservations for us. They had not received the change or did not record it when it came in. They found us a room and found that the air conditioner or heater did not work. Finally settled in after a room change.

Everything was great! The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. The hotel was close to shopping and The Magnolia Silos. We ate at George's which had the best food and very affordable. I do have to say my icomfort bed at home was sorely missed.
Clean hotel The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice.
Not bad for the price. Not the most beautiful but it was decent.
