Great value I had to stop after a day of driving with my son in a Uhaul truck to spend the night. I think it's a great value considering the discounted rate I got through Hotels.com. Would definetly stay again.

The first non-smoking room we got smelled like smoke. The stay was fair, but it's time for paint and new carpet.

Extended Stay America - good value Spent a night at this hotel. Clean room, clean linens. Has a full mini-size kitchen, so you could actually spend a few days or weeks in a row. Very good location right by the mall and freeways. Would stay again.

Features Not very happy that there is a charge for wireless Internet service. I was going to cancel because I was not going to pay for Internet service when every where else I could have stayed at does not charge for the service. Thanks to Marie, she asked me not to cancel my reservation and she would forgo the charge. Get with the masses, don't charge for a service that is free everywhere else.

Extended Stay America Waco - Woodway Overall, good place for the money. Clean, but some items in the room could use a little TLC and a new coat of paint in the bathroom, as there were scuffs on the door and walls....not a deal breaker. No shampoo in room (I forgot mine) and the bars of soap were dinky. Overall it was what I expected and I should have remembered my shampoo and a big bar of soap. I'd stay there again

great rates and fair amenities for families visiting Providence hospital or people who need extended stays, this hotel provides everything you need at minimum. The parking seems to be always full and feels like they need bigger parking lots. Staffs are friendly. This is perfect for travelers at great price. bedding and everything seemed to be fairly maintained. On opposite side of highway, there is a mall to shop and eat!

Great place to stay This was our second stay in an ESA in Texas. Even though ESA is designed for longer term stays, we found their rates very competitive, in both instances. Not only were rooms clean, but grounds were too and staff was friendly and helpful.
