Convenient of home we have stayed at this hotel for the passed three years when we come to Waco at this time every year. I like it because it has a kitchen and we can save on eating out every night. It is not a bad price and it has always been pretty clean until this time. It was not bad but there was hair in the bathroom floor and dust on everything and one of the pots was dirty. when we went down to get clean towels and wash cloths we got towels but kitchen wash cloths because they didn't have clean wash cloths. Good price for the money Hotel area is nice and room was nice and clean. However, the room that I booked was a non-smoking room and you could smell that someone had been smoking in it. Whoever, went the rid the room of smoke from previous stay was not able to get it out. Clean room though and comfy beds. Would have been nice if breakfast of some sort been there to eat but other than that everything was good. Would stay again but would like them to bring something there for guest to eat before heading out like other Extended ... read more

It's okay for a couple of days The supplies in the kitchen need to be checked. There was only one knife and one and two of everything else.

decent price on a 3 night stay. no cleaning service during stay. had to get fresh towels and vaccum room. did not have much to watch on TV. could use more channels. just an ok rating

better than camping, budget minded place to stay good for budget minded stay, located close to decent restaurants and things to do, it's not the "Ritz" but if you need a place to shower, watch tv and a bed then it works, bonus is the mini kitchen, refridgerator, microwave and stove ...

Decent without luxuries Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was outdated and very basic. A/C was not that cold. Hotel smelled musty overall. Room had what appeared like blood stains on carpet.
