Had to wait for a clerk to check in; room was meager; we asked for an extra blanket and were told no; bathtub did not drain: breakfast was poor; heard trucks all night long from the highway; smoky smell; bathtub refinish was peeling

Hotel was old and run down

Staff was rude, would not give us an extra blanket for 2 adults and 3 kids. Argumentative about the pet fees. Back door was broken and would not lock. Someone came in our room while we were gone and messed with our animals and made our beds without permission. Broken glass alcohol bottles everywhere. Room smelled disgusting. Tv did not work. Really sketchy people around

staff was friendly and helpful. Bad thing was smoking is allowed in rooms in this smoke free property - employee told me there was no way to know what people were doing in their rooms, so no way to really guarantee a smoke free room. I requested a smoke free room. First room I was given was NOT at all smoke free. Window seals was full of cigarette butts and black marks where cigarettes had been put out. Second room was less smokey but The shower head was more than 90% blocked - sadly my shower was quick and no way to wash my... read more

Room was super dirty. We had to pull out nasty hair from the sink and bathroom because the water would get clogged every time we turned it on. Staff was super ghetto (and no, I’m not being racist. White peoples can be ghetto too, even more so sometimes). They looked to be high off drugs when checking us in.
