The front desk representative GiGi was friendly and wanted a good review and was insistent on this, but the cleanliness of both rooms she tried assigning us to were horrible. The first room had the bed that was not made and there were wet towels in the floor. Then the second room she tried putting us in, although has a made bed, the sink and toilet has other guests hairs on it as well as urine from the previous guest on the toilet. Booked my room and paid then upon arrival they said they were out of queen rooms and wanted to up charge me instead of accommodating me for their booking mistake which is unheard of. Hopefully the refund goes through but I doubt it.

Horrible Not good! Drunk man yelling, playing loud music and running up and down hallways. Woke us up at 3am.

Dirty, insufficient towels and essentials. Little food for breakfast

No Breakfast, no Vestibule, sketchy regular client The location was ok, however their regular clientele were somewhat sketchy and my daughter was approached by men asking her to their room in front of one of the hotel employees.

I asked for a non-smoking room and supposedly the hotel is a non-smoking area and since I entered the room I smelled like a cigarette and when I came back I went to the office and they said they couldn't do anything

First off idk who she was saying she was inspecting the room but she was very rude and disrespectful to my wife when we got to the room there was a plastic bag already over the fire alarm on the ceiling well she and to our room and when we tried to mention it to her she accused us of doing it called us liars the tub had paint peeling off the inside of it so no one could take a bath the shower head was nasty and only spraying from one side

Will Not Be Back Where do i begin, we got to the hotel about 1245a, and the checkout lady was no where in sight, we had to wait about 5 to 6 minutes untill she came out of this room, mind you we had traveled almost 6 hours to get to waco and we where super tired. The computer was not working at check in, the room was musty and smelled bad, the toliet wouldn't flush, the bottom lock to the door wouldn't lock the door, the bed was super small for being a queen size.
