Over charged Business trip for my husband to stay somewhere for work. We were quoted one price day before the upped next day over 100. Not what we expected. Husband would of been there up to 6 months paying two weeks in advance. Not what showed on site for rates. Not pleased at all.

Do not stay here! Receptionist was nice but check in process took over 30 min and she kept having to call manager over the phone with questions. We reserved 3 double rooms and she only had 1 double and 2 singles. After much back and forth she managed to give us 2 doubles and 1 single. The manager would not give us a discount on the single room even though we were inconvenienced to have a different room from what we reserved. Manager was rude & refused to give me a receipt I went to check-in, but the parking lot had just been resurfaced and the stench of tar was so strong it permeated the entire hotel, particularly the rooms they intended to put me in. I coulnd't stand it, so I immediately asked if I could cancel my reservation & they agreed to refund me stay. Absolutely HORRIBLE Places stinks. Should've had a queen bed, it was a full. Staff more worried about sitting in the parking lot smoking and talking to their spouse than working the front desk. Place smells like straight WEED & Cigarettes. No cameras in the stairwells so people smoking in them and leaving their butts in on the floor. Elevator broke the entire stay. We did not stay, the customer service was terrible the manager she was actually sitting down on her phone when my wife and I was about to check in and she looked and decided to continue to talk on her phone instead of doing her job. We asked to view a room and it was dirty not up to par. The lady that showed the room just had an attitude which was unnecessary.

We did not get in until later. We walked in and there was a strong odor throughout the building and the room. When we got to the room, we notice countertop surface missing, refrigerator beat up, and not sure the last time the refrigerator top was cleaned. It was obvious that the sheets had not been changed since there was a stain on the sheet and used toilet paper next to the bed frame.
