Management and staff are very helpful

The facility seemed like a fairly average hotel, though the 3rd floor smelled odd.

It was such a nice neighborhood . Felt super safe . Room was great and clean . Customer service was amazing as well .
Management is great but staff needs to be at the desk more to services guest.

It seemed they could use more staff. I only saw the reception person doing everything. The grab and go breakfast was slim. Maybe call it coffee and muffin service. It’s not breakfast.
