I have stayed here a couple of times and the staff is helpful. I noticed one staff member named Eric. He is alwats courteous, very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. His kind smile and temperament is calming. You have to drive to food. The metro to downtown is a good walk or bus away.
Disappointed The room was in bad condition, stains on the floor and water on sink and shower would drain slowly.

Not the greatest stay, but okay. After the first day my key did not work. It was seldom that an employee was at the front desk to assist. At check-in my key didn't work because the employee at the desk didn't complete the check-in process. This was discovered when my arms were full of luggage, so I had to carry everything back downstairs to the front desk, where there wasn't an employee for about 10 minutes. A drawer front in my room was broken off and leaning up against the dresser. Otherwise, they say was okay.
