The property was just okay. Did not have the room advertised via third party platform. Felt like bait and switch. Hallway smelled dirty but room was better. Plus: convenient to DCA for transiting travelers etc.

Business response:

Dear Susan, We are glad that our location near the airport was convenient for you. However, we apologize that you were not allotted the room type you reserved, and we regret any frustration and inconvenience this caused. It is a regret knowing about any housekeeping oversights around the hallways as you outlined and we will address this with our team. We are very grateful for your patience, and it is our hope that we will have a future opportunity to show you the enhanced stay we are committed to providing every guest.Sincer... read more

Had it not been for the constant cigarette smell throughout the lobby and in the room I’d be rating this much higher. I had to purchase an air freshener in order to feel comfortable inside the room. The cigarette smell in the lobby and hallway was overwhelming and I’m just glad I was barely in the hotel during my trip. The kitchenette had no utensils and when we asked for some we received dirty forks that we had to ask replacements for. I’ve stayed at extended stay hotels before and it was not at all like the experience I ha... read more

The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I love the accommodations that they have when you have to stay longer stays. All I needed was some cookable food and I was able to feel at home

definitely budget option in the area. smells like a cigarette. walls are scuffed, finishings are subpar. gym was a treadmill and a bike. guy at front desk was nice and helpful. "take and go" breakfast was a single small muffin and coffee. room was clean but run down. bathtub has seen better days. easy access to bus and metro. nicer area. i wouldnt take my family there but it was fine for me by myself for one night. you get what you pay for.

Business response:

Dear Mark, Thank you for reviewing our hotel. We appreciate you pointing out specific items that you loved and also areas where we can improve. We are evaluating the instances you mentioned as we are committed to offering better service for our guests. We look forward to the opportunity to welcome you back soon.Sincerely,Hotel Management
