My checkin was smooth. I am a repeated customer and Victor is always professional and very helpful. My room refrigerator didn’t have ice trays and he went out his way to fulfill my need to have it. I appreciated that. Thank you Victor!!

Staff needs to communicate better with housekeeping regarding checkouts.
Housekeeping is noisy in the hallways while guest are sleeping early morning. They also knock on the door before check out time and also enters the guest suite which is unacceptable. Management (Mr. Hoda) has yet to return my call to address this situation. Highly unprofessional.
