The door to the room stuck to the frame and barely opened. Soon realized all doors made an awful sound and were very difficult to open and close. Could hear people struggling with them at all times of the day or night. The tub and shower walls were spray painted so to say the rooms were renovated is not true. Heating/cooling unit extremely loud. Breakfast was minimal and not worth the space. Had to ask if they could resupply it. He brought out 3 mini muffins. Came later than earliest checkout time and our room still wasn’t ready, we were put in a room not fully cleaned and it took nearly an hour to get a different room.

I had to change rooms twice the first time the room key did not work. The second time the television did not work and was reported to the receptionist.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it didn't meet expectations. Upon arrival, I was immediately uncomfortable due to an insect crawling around on the table, which made the room feel unclean. Additionally, I was surprised to find that basic toiletries like a toothbrush, hair conditioner, and even a hair wash were not provided. These are basic essentials that I expected to be available.
