Smoke smell throughout. Stains on sheets. Rude people at front desk. Unwillingness to help customer.

Stay away Kitchen utensils not in room; had to be requested. TV went out intermittently, no one available to fix. No hair dryer. No in-room coffee maker. Breakfast skimpy, no place to eat (breakfast room was closed). Small towels only. Shower temperature difficult to adjust. Fixtures chipped. I’m glad I wasn’t there for an extended stay.

Room had been cleaned, but not well. Dirt residue and grime visible on doors, light switches. The toilet had mold and dark brown gunk encompassing the entire under rim. Safety was lax, the back entrance doors did not fully close let alone lock. The entrance was not attended the three times we went into or exited the building. All in all it was an inexpensive hotel much needed at the last minute, but I doubt I’d stay again.

This property was comfortable and beds were comfortable. However things are breaking and falling apart and it needs a renovation. In our room alone the lights would flicker regularly, our door was broken, and the AC was very loud. The location is good and I am not saying I would not stay here again because I would but some things need to fixed and it needs an update

not a clean room . dirty floors and poor service due to low staffing
I killed a spider in the tub as soon as i got there. And I understand that happens. Countertops were stinky. No ammenties in room, coffee, maker, or cups, ice, bowls...etc. Breakfast wasnt breakfast. Its packaged oatmeal and packaged muffins. Coffee wasnt ready at 9 AM and only flavored creamer without any plain creamer packets or cups. Bed was comfrtable though. Halls are smelly, its the carpet. Chnaging hotels for tonight.
