Overall, property was well kept. Inside was clean. Room was clean but in need of some minor repair. Loose shower curtain bar, dripping faucet in kitchenette sink. But satisfactory in and out.

I have been traveling for 30 years. I can only speak for my experience; my room was extremely clean. Very well done. New living area furniture and bathroom fixtures. Even though there may be long term residents, by 10 pm it is dead quiet. I have been staying at extended stay America for several years, again they did not disappoint

A smoke smell was in the air always. No one was At the front desk the whole time we were staying there. The cleaning lady checked us out.

The room was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke, even though they are non-smoking rooms. There were ashes and a yellow substance on the bed sheets. Smear marks on the doors. Ashes in and on top of the freezer. An eaten watermelon rind in the fridge. Mustard on the fridges door handle. The toilet seat was not properly secured. And the towel rack was not properly secured to the wall.

What a great place to stay. Rooms are very clean. Only complaint was that the pillows were terrible! Remember to bring your own. Will continue to use this hotel when we visit family in Centreville. Kim at the front desk went out of her way to make our trip a great one!

The host was a older gentleman for India descent and he was the nicest man we ever met he showed us the room before we booked it was was extremely helpful with any request we had. The only issue we had was that a lady across the hall had a dog a when she left the room the dog wined the the entire morning. Awful experience!!! Other than that we got what we paid for at the last minute but overall it was a great hotel with lots of stores around.
