Bad Customer Service My friend went to get us a room where the man working the front desk gave us some large amount for a room and he then claimed to not have the room but thanks to Hotels.com we were able to purchase the same room he claimed to not have and for less money. So to me the front desk service was bad and he was surfing the net while we were waiting for service once again. Poor customer care The room smelled. The front desk clerk was not friendly. The name of the hotel is Extended Stay America... I would not recommend anyone staying here for an extended period of time.

Is anyone at home? This hotel property has a great location, and a McDonald's right out front. The cleanliness of my room upon check-in was clean, but no one ever came in to clean or service the room the three days I stayed. The hotel lobby was very dirty, and the two elevators going up to all rooms was filthy. I liked the amenities of the room, and the bed and furniture was nice. I would stay at this particukar location again if housekeeping was fired, and a whole new crew brought in.
