The hotel itself had a strange odor. The hallway wa ok as was the room. The office is great because the laundry rooms are in the same hallway. The same are great as well. The hallway outside the elevator smelled like an old and dirty nursing home. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel at all. We tried to suck it up, but after arriving near midnight, we could onl stay one night.

Stay somewhere else! Convenient to I66 and easy to find. Upon check-in we had to wait approximately five minutes for someone to show up at the desk, but we were not in a hurry, so it was fine. The room was very dirty. There were human,black hairs all over the bathroom and kitchen floor. We also found black hairs on the counter and in the refrigerator. We will not stay here again.

Hotel features grossly oversold It is amazing what passes as "amenities". Hotel was advertised with kitchen including cookware, etc. I had to ask. Hotel was advertised with a continental breakfast -- breakfast consisted of a granola bar and small muffin and coffee for grab and go. Towels were awful, there was no shampoo/conditioner in the room. No fitness center. For the price, very disappointed.

My review Our first room smelled awful. We then moved down the hall but still had to contend with the smell in the hallway.
Good to Smoking guest but not for non-smoking pers You may smell Even non-smoking room and stair overall. Not recommend to non-smoking person as like me.
doggi hotel We do not have a hot water for 2 days. Stove is not working.
Was OK My paperwork said that I had reserved a non-smoking room, the sign in the room said no smoking, and yet the smell of smoke was so strong I thought I was in a bar. How could a hotel not notice a room that bad? The clerk was very helpful in finding another room, but the next room already had someone in it (awkward!). I finally got a room, was surprised by a meager snack bar in the morning because the website said no snacks, that was nice. The place was fine but management needs to get it together.
Wonderful staff, but a horrible hotel The front desk staff were wonderful, but everything else was awful: brown water coming out of the kitchen faucet; no hot water in the shower; excessively loud air conditioner; slow internet connection. We stayed there because they take pets, but the tradeoff for that was awful. The dog goes to the kennel next time!
nice place to stay if you don't plan to be in the room that often, one person manned the front desk and wasn't absent quite often from the desk, hotel breakfast is on a stand a little larger than a night stand with very few things to choose from and isn't replenished when items are almost gone. No pots, pans, etc. in the kitchen in the room, again nice play to stay only to sleep and leave out the next day. low cost is a bonus
