This place is a dump, run from it screaming. this hotel is old, dirty and a dump. It did not have a 24 hour desk. I arrived late 2AM due to a flight delay and had to use a lockbox to get my room key. The room was not the best, and was not worth the price. Don't book or stay there, there are plenty of better hotels nearby.
Gives the Hotel Chain a bad. name Understaffed, not clean, leftovers from previous guest in refrigerator. Best suited for the construction and day laborers in the area. Feel robbed. Could have stayed at another hotel and received more for my money.
Overpriced Overrated Rooms This hotel looked great from the outside, but the room was not clean, The refrigerator had old food left from the previous visitor. As soon as we opened the door the smell of smoke almost made us choke. The entire floor was suppose to be non-smoking. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
Hotel was dirty. The room was old and carpet spotted. It turns out that the hotel is going thru renovation. Would never stay there again.
roach motel First thing, I noticed a big roach right by the window. I requested NON -SMOKING room, but the room I was given reeked of smoke & carpet had burn marks from cigarettes and there was a cigarette put out right at the foot of the bed. & i had my 3 year old with me & we had to sleep in a room that was smoked in regular basis. I went to reception desk & requested a room that was not smoked in, he was kind enough to show about 4-5 rooms and each and every one of them smelled cigarettes. Really unclean the management always sat in the lobby smoking and chatting. The blankets had holes in it and everything was so dirty. It was one of the dirtiest hotels I have lived in...and I have travelled to several different countries!
not a cheap hotel, but the cheap service The customer service is real bad, not at all. Dont answer any question, only need the money
