Disappointed Family living next to me with unruly children and wifi was terrible. Slow and picked up a virus.

Never Again! Unacceptable not having the Parking lot plowed until 4pm on Sunday!!! The Hotel should have accommodated people better. Check out was noon and no plow till 4pm. So I had to sit in the lobby trapped. No coffee to offer, no tv to offer, or a room. Should have been able to stay in my room free of charge till your company plowed the parking lot. Never staying at your Hotel again!!!

Not The Best We had to stay here last minute and the room was very dirty when we checked in at nearly 11:00PM, I wouldn't stay here again.
Ok for a overnight stay. The Internet was unusable. The Phone is the Room did not work - So no wake up call or calling the reception for anything. Had to go down to the reception.

Bad I hate it never been in a hotel that bad dirty coffe was bad
Fourth of July weelend I booked this hotel for the Fourth of July weekend. When I got to the hotel they told us we couldn't check in till later, after we have been on the road for over 8 hours. I was very upset and tired at this point. They got us into 2 rooms but 1 was not correct because it wouldn't be clean till later that day. The third floor has a long term guest.... That person cooks food and I will not name the culture that stinks to high heavens. You come off the elevator and the hall reeks. We had to ask the front desk to open the hallway windows - and they had been aware of this issue! They said "it will be hot in the hall". So what! Also, no room attendance whatsoever - we made our own crappy bed and no trash was taken out. If you need "fresh towels", you need to ask the front desk for small squares of cheap towels.
