The only thing i did like was it was a smoking room. Had problems with the card lock on first room. No card would unlock the door. They gave me a different room and i actually got locked in. It took me 10 minutes to be able to unlock my door from the inside. The toilet broke and wouldnt auto shut off. I had to shut it off using the valve. The temps were in the 40s, and the room heater wouldnt stay running long enough to get the room warm. Had to get an extra blanket from the office. Orbitz and This Hotel are garbage. Never doing business with this website ever again
No security devices for safety felt unsafe and staff violated confidentiality by checking and charging me to drug room where above me and kidnapped my llady
I don't feel safe in room 316 and Mr sabir at front desk is very rude
The grounds do not appear to be safe . We asked for a refund and went to another hotel .
