Not happy Vents were dirty. Cigarette burns on bed

The room was visibly dirty, the recliner had a trace of spilled beverage on it. The fridge had a half-empty bottle of soda and a half bag of ice cubes from previous occupants.

the front desk person Charles is very unprofessional disrespectful African and also I was concerned about my safety some reason my key was still working it wasn't supposed to be people running around hollering and stuff and find this guy. Charles didn't really care so I had to report it to the police for my safety reasons cuz they don't have cameras yet they need to put cameras here in this hotel on the 316 side because that's where all the activity occurs at my oldest people smoke and stuff

Avoid at all COST! BIO Hazard Room 253! Checked in evening of 21 November., Because of the condition of the room the prior evening, the staff member remembered me. During check-in he said he would give me time to get settled than follow up to find out if the room was clean: He did follow up. While getting ready for bed, I turned town the bed and noticed long black hair under the pillow. Housekeeping needs trained on Cleaning Standards Checked into Room 168 on 20 November. The staff of check-in was very friendly. I was informed that hotel rooms were Non Smoking. When getting to my room I noticed the comforter had cigarette burns. I returned to the front desk to inform them and i was told housekeeping more than likely did not change it from the previous client. While taking a shower, I looked down and saw the white shower curtain was covered in mold or some other dark matter.
