Unclean, smells, queen size bed was actually a full, one small shampoo, patrons smoking every where on unit, breakfast was a coffee and a muffin which is a complete lie on their website stating offers breakfast, could have paid $10 more and stayed at a hilton...extended stay, i want a refund or some repayment for this terrible stay.
Filthy. Mold in room and stains on carpets. Hair all over bedding and dust everywhere. Don’t even want to know what was on the shower wall, AND THIS WAS THE ROOM THEY GAVE ME AFTER THE FIRST DIRTY ROOM. Half of the 15 tv stations did not work. Cigarette butts all over the stairs. Oh and somebody else’s dirty underwater under the sofa bed... extended stay did offer to move me to another property free of charge. Expedia refuses to facilitate move without me paying a charge fee. Will never use Expedia again ever.
We didn't feel comfortable in the room, just didn't seem clean. These sheets appeared to be clean but were off color. You can tell they have been reused one too many times. We only stayed one night but couldn't wait to leave.
Worse experience Bad
As soon as I waked in, the whole room odor was unbearable. There were some prior guests plastic bags in the kitchen drawer.
Was told it had a pool. No pool. Was told it had a continental breakfast. It was a muffin or make your own oatmeal. Not the spot we thought we were paying for.
