I don’t recommend Needs major updates, lots of undesirables, remote didn’t work, curtains wouldn’t close all the way on and I was on the first floor, only one washcloth, no trash can in the bathroom, old refrigerator, stinky carpet...and rude staff member at checkout, late checkout request wasn’t noted on my account and he was actually going to charge me at 1 pm
Non -Smokers I still can’t believe there’s still hotels that has smoking rooms I made a reservation for a non-smoking room and after driving 6 hours was told that they only had a smoking room which was totally crap and ridiculous and after explaining my health condition of having asthma I was told that was it there was no more rooms .This is totally unacceptable on all levels not only I would never stay at an extended stay hotel chain but would never book on hotel .com or even remotely have any of my friends or associates do... read more
Commode wouldn't flush. Room extremely small and outdated. Carpet was terribly worn and dirty. Parking limited.
Accosted by group of teenagers in parking lot whi refused to stay away from my car. Front desk clerk refused to refund my money when I canceled reservation. Place is filthy!
Fridge broke and leaked all over the floor but no staff available to fix or clean up. TV was not working properly. No cable just Fox News, ugh! Internet was crap and I had a work deadline. Bed and bathroom linens were old/dirty. Overall this stay was a total fail! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
Memorial day weekend wasn't memorial in this hotel Overall experience is not good. Rooms were dirty and not cleaned. I asked house keeping to clean the room and he said it'll get clean after a week. Everybody was smoking in the balcony (outside the room) instead of a designated place and even smoking smell coming from next room. Breakfast wasn't served till 9:30 am, they closed early. Location was really good.
Old motel turned into hotel rooms. Room smelled like an ashtray from cigarettes. Very dated and not even a coffee maker in the room. Service wad good but they should really make it a nonsmoking motel...the stench gave me a headache. I stayed in extended stay chain before and was happy but this one should be cut off the list asap.
