Very smelly room You can smell the smoke in room Burned carpet
Breakfast was horrible!There was only coffee and some cookies as "breakfast".
Was overbooked. Never got a room. Many guests at check in had no rooms
Bad smell in room and check in process clumsy Room was provided with smoking and had strong smell of smoke. I had mentioned the hotels.com representative on the phone that we have 2 year old kids with us. The kids could not sleep and were cranky. Room was not provided for 4 hours after reaching. They had no other rooms available.
The room was sufficient for a one night stay, but it also had a lot we DID NOT bargain for, such as ants, cigarette burns in the sheets, and a damp towel in the bathroom that appears to have been used and not replaced?? Needless to say, will not be returning to this hotel again.
The bathroom had no handholds in the shower and the shower curtain was inches too short. I had to use two towels to mop up the floor after a shower. I am older and do not have good balance. Some kind of handhold in the shower would be a good idea.
