My room was not clean; especially the bathtub having hair in it. Outside the room was not clean and lighting is very poor due to the fact that at night you cannot see the room numbers on the doors from the car.
Horrible for such an expensive nice area! Roaches in the bathroom. My shower curtain had mildew, mildew behind the bed. My daughter fell in the shower and hit her chest no protection or rail. I believe a big went in my ear. I will know tomorrow.
NO! The best part is the neighborhood STAY AWAY! The best part of this hotel is the outside. The neighbor is beautiful! The entire hotel is old, very old. Went I walked in the room it smells like an old ladies basement, even after lighting candles and using incenses. I was nervous about sleeping on the bed because the sheets were a dingy white. They charged my card twice when they told me it wouldn’t be charged, I only used my card to book the room and we used a different card to pay. There were roaches in my room and it smelled kinda weird.location was good!
The rooms were extemely dirty and unsanitary. There was green mold growing on blanket and sheets at the corner of bed. The rooms smelled like urine. We have never seen anything like this in all of our trips. Will never stay here again.
The toilet in the room did not work and when mentioned the staff did not seem to really care about it. We were only staying one evening so I took it upon myself to fix it numerous times to work and told the management during check out
Staff was rude
I paid online got to the room and had to wait damnnear two hours for my reservation to be found
