very bad not good atall staff ok management terrible
Worst experience Checking in was a disaster. Waited 25 min for the front desk agent to come up. Was not helpful with amenities and demanded a CC from me in case of a fire?! Room was ok, not the most attractive and smelled like smoke! Sorry this was not a pleasant experience at all. Will not be back
Great location...not a very nice hotel. The room wasn’t very clean; it smelled funny. It took me like 20 minutes to check-in and the staff wasn’t very friendly. While this is true, the hotel is in a very nice location near the mall, restaurants and other shopping centers.
Unclean rooms at Extended Stay I checked into my non-smoking room which still had food inside from the last guest and was filled with flies. It was also a smoking room. I asked for another room which didn’t have flies but burnt marks all over from cigarettes. It was also positioned off of Rt66 so it was noisy. All around it was my mistake you get what you pay for I should’ve known it was too good to be true
Ants crawling all around the room, including the bed that we noticed shortly after checking in. Front desk manager claimed it’s out of his control due to surrounding environmental conditions but decent cleaning would have been appreciated. Not what I paid my money for! Use the other extended stay america’s In the area. Stay away!
Not what I expected I showed up at 10:30 p.m. to the office only to find no one there. After a bit someone showed up and checked me in. Drove to my room only to have to walk back because my room key did not work. The room was horribly outdated and did not smell very fresh. It did not even have a USB port.
Terrible experience I had this place booked for three days. When I went to go check in, the front desk said my place had already been rented out and there were no rooms left. Terrible
We canceled, the facility was dirty and rundown to the point of being decrepit. The reception area was filthy, the wall coverings were peeling, paint was patched, no elevator. Lighting in corridors was dim and/or burned out. I would have been afraid of infestations. This place should be closed and razed. I didn't even look at the room. Take it off your site, you're not doing yourself any good handling this joint.
Not staying there again Took us an hour to check in! Room dirty! Sheets stained! Hair everywhere!
