위치만 굿! 객실문을 열자마자 카페트와 에어컨에서 나는 냄새때문에 충격 받았음. 객실에서 간단한 음식을 준비하려 주방으로 이동한 순간 개미들 발견.. 2박3일동안 발견한 개미들만 수십마리. 다행히 침구에서는 냄새나거나 진드기는 없었지만..끈적하거 축축한 카페트때문에 아이를 침대위나 의자에서 내려오지 못하게 함. 몇 주 머무를 계획이었으나 2일만에 도망나옴. 숙소 위치는 굿!

the hotel is like a third-rate motel, the carpet of the stained room. There was a strong smell of dampness and cigarette did not have a coffee pot or a kitchen utensil and not a glass in the bathroom to rinse your mouth. The area looks like a shelter of homeless people and There were no pillows and no extra bedspreads the sheets had stains and poorly washed and smelly. At the time of check in there was a person canceling his re-booking.and she had Expedia logo paper

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that it is the policy to overbook and that the room I had reserved was not available. If I am required to use my charge card at the time of booking, why is the room not secured. I purposely booked 2 queen beds. I did not want to pull out a sofa and make up a bed and I did not want to sleep with anyone. If you choose to overbook then I should be compensated as they do on airlines. Good location and inviting exterior. The mattress in our unit was completely past its useful date. Sleeping required one to hold onto the edge or roll to the centre. We both awoke to sore backs and said we would not sleep in that bed again.

The manager & staff were very nice, helpful & friendly. The room I was given was in an awful location next to the office. The slamming door & talking of those visiting the office kept me up the entire nite. There were no other rooms availiable. Though the room I had was suppose to be "non- smoking" it apparently was smoked in a lot in the past & still held the smell. The surfaces were clean, but the rug could use replacing.

My 10yr old woke up with bites all over him. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone not even my enemy!
