Basic Accommodation/Good Location This hotel is perfectly situated in Fair Oaks, you can walk to the mall, various restaurants, and shopping centers. The hotel itself is sufficient, but the fixtures are older, and the walls are thin. Additionally during my stay I had to have the room cleaned the next day after check-in as I discovered my blanket to be very hairy, and the back of the bathroom door had these white splatters all over it, presumably from hair products. Caring and compassionate staff. We had just lost our mom. We were all from out of town/state. In the chaos I had booked a room that would not accommodate my husband & disabled father. The hotel clerk, an Indian man whose name began with an S, went above and beyond to get us a handicapped room and fix the errors of booking the wrong room. He should be acknowledged for his superior customer service and quick thinking!
Would go again Initially I was told they had no more rooms. Found one on hotels.com and booked it. It was also $20 cheaper then asking price at the hotel.

Shave, Shower and Sleep kinda place. I arrived in the very early hours of the morning. The computer system was down. The guy kept asking to make a copy of my credit card....
