Good hotil close to the mall It was good but when i asked them to clean the room they said that cleaing is after 7 days of stay. I do not like that

Convenient, Clean, Friendly Helpful Staff Quick stay, but it was very convenient to have full kitchen capabilities and free wifi in the room.

Great management The hotel management is very courteous and sociable.
Close to highway but quiet We were attending a conference at GMU and this hotel was within 10 min. Close to highway but quiet. Not super friendly staff but I was only there one night. Bc it's extended stay, there were some strange people living there.
Close to Business While the hotel is not the best, the location is superb for business . . .
nice place but It was nice place but some thing can be worked on......I didnt have a tv remote and no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Vending machines didnt have any drinks in them at all...

Perfectly acceptable base outside of DC The hotel is on the ring road around the Fair Oaks Mall. Easy access to US-50 and I-66. Given the location, there's not much to see or do in the area, but it's a decent base for visiting NoVA and DC. My room was comfortable and clean. The staff seemed friendly and responsive to my concerns. The grab-and-go breakfast is just that: coffee urns, instant oatmeal, packaged muffins and granola bars, and no place to sit. warm greeting, clean room for the price, most excellent stay, place to cook, and close to mall! My wife needs no more in life.

Wedding Next Door Stay was just overnight. Convenient. Clean. Two individuals at check-in were friendly...we even shared some laughs. Didn't use any services. The only thing that I found disturbing was the trash in the trash room. It was overflowing. It should be cleaned more often. Rate was reasonable for the location.
