In our time of need Our local are experienced a complete power outage for 4 days and we chose to stay at the Extended Stay Hotel in Fairfax, VA. instead of our sweltering house. A huge thank you to the manager Yasmin as she was so professional and pleasant while dealing with the hordes of people just like us that were trying to escape the brutal heat wave with no power.

We were fortunate in that the Hotels.com staff helped us find the pet friendly Extended Stay America during the significant power outages as a result of powerful thunderstorms that blew through the DC region on Friday night, 29 June. The Extended Stay America management at the Fairfax hotel was very helpful, despite very difficult circumstances.

Renovations are going on but it wasn't an issue. Great location, 20 minutes from DC. Overall a good experience.

This was my third visit to the hotel. each visit has been wonderful, i registered on line and got discounts and payment was processed and when i got to the hotel i was giving my key no wait. the room was nice and clean and customer service was great.

Extended Stay America Washington, D.C. - Fairfax Very convenient; plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and easy access to interstate. Spacious room and bathroom with tv with some premium channels, nice small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove-top, toaster, and even dishes. Bed adequate. The desk clerks were very helpful. The only negative: although mattress and linens were very clean, the box spring had candy wrappers and pieces of plastic on it and small minor stains. Good value & location.
