Good for the cost Lower than most of the hotels in the area. They keep costs down by having the cleaning service only come in between guests (or once a week for long-term guests). Also, they don't automatically provide new toiletries, coffee etc. every day - although you can get them from the front desk. Has nice little kitchenette and comfortable furniture. Good free breakfast. No exercise room/options and limited cable. Right outside of a big mall, so easy access to food, shopping etc.

The staff was very friendly and informative. The room was clean, the towels sufficient,bed was comfortable. The con: the trash room was close by and it made the whole floor foul obvious from delayed cleaning. The good thing I didn't smell it in the room. The shower didn't work right

we really enjoyed our stay as the room was clean. We liked this hotel because the staff were friendly and helpful.This hotel is close to the Fair Oaks Mall,the Fair Lakes shopping center and also to the Fairfax Corner.Thus,it is convenient for shopping,eating in good restaurants and also for recreation.My laptop did not work and one of the hotel staff helped my wife and made it work,which we greatly appreciated.

good location it is nice place to approach someplaces, especially shopping. Peaple are very friendly and nice. Just enough to stay with comparison of price.

Decent Hotel not impressed with the room! I stay at this hotel all the time. Everytime I stay within an hour of check in a manager always barges in my room. That is my biggest problem with this place... I may not stay there ever again bc it is ridiculous! The guy knocks once and just walks in... the worst part was with this room the bathroom door would not close so this guy almost saw more than he should have.

Very decent place to stay it located walking distance to Fairoaks Mall (less than 1/2 mile) where you can find lots of places to eat and also located in the area seems safe. The room was decent nothing fancy

Christmas with the Kids The stay was very good. The room was adequate and set up well. Only two complaints. The Bathroom Sink had a poor flow. It did not drain well and it was not running water into the sink directly. It got the sink shelf wet every time you turned on the water. They said they would fix it but we never saw anyone work on it. The Shelf for hanging clothing was only mounted on the wall on one side. To much stuff on it and it tipped. Staff was nice and friendly and always said hello and have a good day and such... read more

Close tto our venue The room was dirty... There was hair in our bath tub which made me feel uncomfortable to stay the night .. Made me question if my sheets were clean.. Very little toilet paper left on the roll. We went to check out the next morning and there was no one at the front desk. I waited for about 3 min. Decided to make a cup of coffee and eat a banana.. Still no one at front desk.. So we just left room key on counter and left. I most likely wont stay at another Extened Stay.
