It was fine for what I needed I needed a place to stay, last minute, close to Manassas during the recent 150th Anniversary of the Battle of Manassas. Everything else was booked or was way too expensive. I didn't need a continental breakfast, just a basic hotel...that's what I got. Didn't really need the kitchenette either as I has no use for it, but it did come with everything I would have needed if I actually needed to use it. Extended stay Fairfax VA I would definatly say that i had great service at this hotel. Alex and Yasmine were amazing at solving any problems that we had and with a smile. I appreciate their help and wish there was more of that elsewhere. I would recommend that the rooms need a bit of a makeover . thanks again

Good value and location The hotel is located directly across from a large shopping mall so access to creature comforts is good. Traffic is light in the evening and not a noise factor. Hotel does not provide breakfast options so you need to prepare for your own light breakfast supplies or go over to the mall.

Not bad for long or short term Room was fine and if I had stayed longer the kitchen would have been better. Was actually staying at the Marriott but rooms were sold out that saturday. Only bad part was that it was not a short walk from ramada to extended stay.

Extended Stay America in Faifax Va. Very great place to stay .Very Clean and close proximity to down town DC.I plan to return in the future.

Very nice place to spend several days. The hotel was very clean and pleasant. The service was prompt. The kitchen was a real plus -- having all of those amenities saved me a lot of money since I could prepare my own food in the room. It was very nice. Everything was comfortable and in good working order. No problems at all. I will definitely go back and stay here again. The location was a little out of the ordinary, but I actually found it to be very convenient and very quiet. I liked it.

Extended Stay America - Dirty, Smelled Funny I didn't pay for a 4-star hotel, and I didn't expect one; however, I did expect more than what I received. The room was dirty, just little pieces of dirt and dust everywhere. The A/C was on full blast when I walked in, so it was literally about 55 degrees in my room.
