Perfectly acceptable base outside of DC The hotel is on the ring road around the Fair Oaks Mall. Easy access to US-50 and I-66. Given the location, there's not much to see or do in the area, but it's a decent base for visiting NoVA and DC. My room was comfortable and clean. The staff seemed friendly and responsive to my concerns. The grab-and-go breakfast is just that: coffee urns, instant oatmeal, packaged muffins and granola bars, and no place to sit. Wedding Next Door Stay was just overnight. Convenient. Clean. Two individuals at check-in were friendly...we even shared some laughs. Didn't use any services. The only thing that I found disturbing was the trash in the trash room. It was overflowing. It should be cleaned more often. Rate was reasonable for the location.

Had reserved a room two double beds, but ended up with a queen. They offered to move us the next day, but didn't want to pack up and move yet again.

Clean and convenient Room was clean and super convenient being next to Fair Oaks and easy I get around town from there.

Great value Can't beat the price - needed a place to stay with kitchenette for a couple of nights. Only gripe I have is the day I was to check out, maid tried coming in at 9:30 when I was in shower - they should verify that I have checked out.
