Good location...mall, Metro, highways. Definitely, use again. Only 3 little problems...tv remote did not work well, no printed tv channel #'s and names, hole in ceiling of bathroom. The room was quiet, clean and everything we needed. Good staff...friendly and helpful with directions, etc.
Very impressed with quailty of service and low cost I found this hotel as one of the best ones I have ever stayed in during the last five years.The room was very clean and the service was great. I am planning to stay next time for a much longer period and I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.
The staff was courteous. The kitchen and refrigerator smelled. I couldn’t get the room cool enough to sleep. There was not a single kitchen item- coffee cups, silverware, etc.
The room we stayed in had these carpet, insect bugs that we were afraid of getting bit by one. The room smelled, just like if a man just left out of bed and spray colognes and the refrigerator had some miller beer left in it. we went to the front desk the staff called his manager, and she was trying to convince us that it was a ladybug. We had him come up to the room. The service is very poor. Breakfast is just coffee and a piece of cake. There is no coffee in the room or even in the hotel after breakfast.

Disappointed Breakfast is NutraGrain bars, packets of oatmeal, frozen packaged mini muffin with weak coffee and artificial unrefrigerated coffee additives no actual food or dairy. Thats only between 6-9:30 am after that no coffee available. No kitchen supplies no paper towels no free housekeeping unless staying over a week. Really dingy and not clean smelling linens. Bleach and soap please! No amenities available at front desk or for sale (toothbrush, shower caps, toothpaste etc)..Vending machines are outrageously expensive ... read more
