The hotel had some billing issues with Expedia, and I was on the phone et Expedia for about an hour until around 1am, all tired and uncomfortable. In the end, I had to cancel my booking wt Expedia and get refunded and paid the hotel directly. Such an unpleasant experience. Hope I’ll get my refund from Expedia soon . Thank you.
The hotel was very expensive, and the worst I've ever been to in my life.
Room felt quite damp - sheets were wet and my clothes felt wet the next morning. Room had a very dank odor.
Bed had a damp feeling, vent above toilet dripped. Only problems we had.
Only concern was the room smell bad

Breakfast was a bag of instant oatmeal. Shower was not hot enough with slight water pressure. Nothing in “fully stocked” kitchen…no utensils, no dishes, no coffee pot, no coffee, empty cabinets. Bathroom sink faucet was laughable . Do you review places before you endorse? Language barrier made it impossible to communicate.

the entire building smelled of cigarette smoke. I feel so bad for management. As I was entering through a side door, a woman was sitting on the step right outside the door - WITH THE DOOR PROPPED OPEN - smoking a cigarette. Maybe management should post a sign that smoking is not allowed within 20 feet of entrance?
