Cheap. The room smelled bad. There here dead bugs in the room. Only stayed here because the airline paid for the room.

The staff was cool but by far the most uncomfortable bed ive slept in ever. Checked out at 5am to go home early and get some sleep

I did not like the fact that I had to call the IT person because the wifi was not working because the person at the front desk put my name in wrong. the toilet did not flush I had to open the lid every time to get it to flush and it was cold in the room I had the heat on 77 and it was blowing cool air

The room was not cleaned. I had to check three additional rooms (which they claimed were clean) before electing to remain there. The sheets on the bed(s) were dirty; in addition, the bathtub was dirty. Overall the property is very run down and dirty. Yuk! Honestly, I will never stay in another Extended Stay America hotel. No thank you!
