Checked out early it was so unsanitary!! The hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed at. Very unsanitary as if never cleaned. There was broken appliances and furniture. We found fleas in our bed and hair in the bathroom shower. Stovetop would not work. They gave us pots to cook with that were dirty and burnt. Freezer didn’t keep food frozen. The shelf in the closet was broken and hanging. Overall, nothing was as pictured on the website. We are extremely disappointed and will never return there.

Terrible and unprofessional front desk customer service. Dirty floors and rooms and drug addicts on the premises I will never stay there again!

Filthy First assigned room had crumbs in kitchenette and dead bugs in the tub. Changed rooms only to find later that sheets hadn’t been changed (hairs!), floor throughout was sticky, and the towels were stained. My kids and I had to sleep on top of the blankets. Two night stay turned into one because it was so gross! Thank goodness we had friends we could stay with because all other local hotels were booked!! Waiting to see if refund for second night comes through.

Dated and dirty. Also very strong smell in room. Used air freshener but came back quickly. Had to wipe down everything with Clorox wipes....we did not have a choice but to stay as all hotels booked in area. Only positive was that it was quiet.

Trash and dirty dishes greeted us outside of the room. The room was very dusty and dirty. The tub was not cleaned (used washrag in the tub).

Horrible Second worst hotel I ever stayed at. Would not recommend it for anyone. Filthy, smelly and just plain nasty.

Poor customer service experience. The first room 304 was dirty and musty. The sheets and comforter had stains on them and looked unclean The phone didn’t work. The rug had stains that looked like blood stains. I covered the bed with towels and slept with clothes on, as I was afraid of something crawling or getting on me. I notified the front desk the next morning that I wanted all new bedding but that wasn’t done. I asked for a clean room and was given a better one. Room 302.
