Nothing. Just location. That’s why they don’t care about anything else. Place was a smelly dump very outdated too.

"Non-smoking" room was anything BUT stunk of smoke Specifically requested a "non-smoking" room but the room unfortunately had a VERY strong disgusting smoke smell. Opened the windows and cranked up AC, but did little to mask the smoky stench.

Should of picked a different hotel Took forever to check in. Room numbers were out of order had a hard time finding our room. Once we got in the non-smoking room it smelled like smoke and the beds were like rocks. Walls were so thin we could here the alarm of the room next to us at 3 in the morning.

Beware Don’t stay here The Hotel is outdated the halls and room smell like cigarettes and pets. We checked in at 9:30pm we checked out at 4am a couple hours later my husband noticed bed bug bites on his back we contacted the hotel they told us to call Hotels.com so I reached out to them they said they would call the hotel to verify our stay, they responded minutes later saying the hotel said they won’t refund the stay they don’t have bed bugs, then hotels.Com said they would give me a $25 coupon but I guess I’m out the $150 ... read more

Was old and dirty complained the tub and stove and hood vent was dirty and greasy the cleaned at the tub but was still black and dirty was not happy wil not go back to this hotel again

It is old needs a complete refresh on inside and out tub needs to be replaced can’t get it cleaned
