Filthy & Inexusably Deficient This was the absolute worst stay I've ever had at any type of lodging in all my time traveling extensively. I was given a room at check in that had cigarette ash & butts in the toilet and fluids/recent stains all over the toilet seat, bathroom, & kitchenette. After insisting I be given a clean room, the level of cleanliness was improved only slightly. Won't Be Back The only redeeming quality for this hotel was the location, next door to our event. When we arrived, the attendant was on his phone and didn't look up until he was finished with his "task". The floors were dirty. The mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows went flat when you laid on them. The refrigerator made a loud "ticking" noise throughout the night. This was anything but a restful place to stay. Wrist hotel stays ever Unclean bed sheets, it supposed to "include breakfast" but defines as no foods, no juice or anything except a pot of coffee.

Disappointing and unclean Reception was very friendly. After that however, disappointment. The hotel is worn, threadbare and not clean at all. The elevator was covered in sticky stains. The room was dirty. Bathroom not clean and in dire need of a good scrub.The vent had 1.5 inches of dust on it. Holes in the carpet. An electrical outlet that was no longer attached to the wall. Male staff is discriminatory and disrespectful This is a complaint regarding discriminatory, sexes and poor service by staff at your Fairfax location harassing business women hotel guest. On Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at Fair Oaks, VA location while packing up to check out of my room, rude aggessive maids kept harassing me coming into my room unfairly rushing me out. Got transferred into 4 different rooms.. rooms had holes and tub/shower. My last room I got put in had someone's underwear left in room and someone's glove under the bed and one stuck in the chair. The fridge was leaking water
