It was very convent for my early morning flight from Dulles. Breakfast was sufficient. Not my favorite kind of creamer. Someone had put a baggie over the smoke detector. They should have been fined like the rental car folks do.

Let down at Extended Stay Typically a good hotel but this particular room had a broken toilet WHICH was full of feces and it was clogged and eventually overflowed. The couch was in terrible condition, and when I reported to the front desk, I was told to either check out, or wait on maintenance, which never came. So I requested a plunger and attempted to fix it but to no avail. It turned out that the tank itself was leaking and not secured to the bowl. I had tried several times to connect to the internet, called the help line, was told they used my middle name instead of my first name. After several times it still did not work. I gave up! I had business i needed to handle which I could not. Secondly, I was extremely uncomfortable with the check in staff taking an image of my drivers license. I travel extensively; I have never had someone take a photo of my drivers license.
